LGBTQ Ministry
The PNECC is an Open and Affirming and More Light Community. These two designations are the PCUSA and UCC designations for congregations that fully welcomes and incorporates members of the LGBTQ community into its church family.
Being Open and Affirming (BOA) operates as a subcommittee of SCC to promote welcome and inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer persons (LGBTQ) in church and society.
